Eeek the boss has been walking round the office with his flies undone all morning. Thankfully not exposing himself but I just couldn't say anything - didn't want to embarrass him and he did not have any client appointments today.

Did I do the right thing or should I have said something? Come on you lads would you rather be told and lose your street cred or prefer that you thought no one knew.

Marcos - When you are sitting down and he is standing right in front of you, that area is sort of eye level and difficult to avoid. Anyway us girlies are always eyeing up blokes packets

You needed to get a male colleague to tell him.

I'll never forget the time I took a girlfriend home and my old man opens the front door - literally hanging out. Amazingly she says nothing and manages to retain a straight face - I tell him a few minutes later...

She was, errrrr, impressed.

Prefer to be told, its the equivalent to when a lady gets the skirt tucked into knickers at the back.

Someone you know telling you gets a "thanks" and a bit embarassment (mostly laughed off) but worse is not being told and finding out later in front of a stranger and you knowing that your "friends" didn't tell you.

I'd tell him, but make a joke of it.

Tell him you going to report him to the CAA for 'Flying without a Licence' and see if he gets it

If it were me, I would prefer to be told, the less people to get to notice, the softer the embarrassment.... Ooooer, that sounded bad!

Rephrase... I would be proud to be told in front of everyone.... LOL!

That's a difficult one Big M, I'm afraid I would have probably ignored it aswell, it's quite embarrasing isn't it, as it would admit that you had been looking.

On the other hand as

Last 3 of which would have confused the hell out of me..

Probably better to get a male colleague to tell him.

In case he thought you were eyeing up his packet..

What's the problem with him having his flies down? - saves valuable time when touching base in the loos. Very efficient, I reckon.

I wouldn't tell him - he'll find out soon enough, and it's not as if anything is on show....
