Sad old Git with a Cerb!

Just got back from a wedding in North Wales - a 600+ mile round trip on every type of road you can imagine from inner city London to Snowdonia National Park in Gwynned. The welsh roads are superb for driving . . . and deserted - apart from the odd rogue sheep . The car performed well although I’ve come to the conclusion the exhaust is far too bloody loud for a long distance trip . . . am I mad or turning into a sad old git? One of the high spots (apart from superb weather - 3 days of warm sunshine) was driving back across the mountains and hearing what I thought was a sports bike coming up alongside me . . . it turns out I was overtaken by what I think was a Tornado about 500 ft above. It looked and sounded superb carving its way across the sky. Those fly boys clearly love hooning around the mountains as much as I did.

Yep, consider it official, you're an old git .

I know what you mean about the Tornado's too , mucho impressive.
I've been up on the ridges in the Breacon Beacons and Black Mountains further down south at night (in another life) and seen them scream underneath you with the nav lights and exhust plume visible wonderous .
