milky fibreglass
Discussion
Unfortunately once the gel coat starts going milky the only "cure" is to spray the vehicle with paint. The main thing to remember with fibreglass is to ensure that a good etching primer suitable for fibreglass is used so the paint stays on.
Various short term methods of dressing the body work up such as using baby oil, wd40 and similar have been used to make the body work look reasonable for say a weekend at a show.

Might be worth trying some Farecla (?) rubbing compound first. It's only putting off the evil day though. The only preventative is to keep the car covered during the day and only drive at night... it's the UV rays that cause it. That's why yachts are usually white.
