Brake upgrade-what do i need?

I'm going to upgrade the front brakes on the griff,before my first trackday at the end of this month.I like the thought of std discs with no grooves or cross drilled holes,so i'm thinking the 283mm std ford stuff will fit the bill.What else do i need to buy in order for the caliper to be repositioned,and where can i get this from?I already have a good source for the discs,but dont have a clue what else i need to buy/do,or where to get it from?Do i need some kind of spacers and possibly new bolts? -Chees,Mike
