Spa (Virgin) Trackday info Please

Could someone answer some questions for me about the trackday at Spa at the end of the month with Autotrack cos if me cars ready I think i'd like to give it a go assuming I can book a place ?
1.....Should I book somewhere to stay through autotrack or do you do it, Tent on a camp site, Beer and BBQ style ?
2.....Do you all do the finale dinner Bash ?
3.....Do you all meet at calais/folkestone and convoy ?

Any info would be nice Spa Virgin you know

Russ it was all booked up but u might get a cancellation/ u do ur own Hotel, there aqre loads ,can be freezing in the mornings so hotel best ...........last year Convoy, inc Paul Mac, from Dover got up to 11 cars = 1 km from start to finish , Autotrack used to provide some maps that were quite handy................prefer going in 2 s or 3 s since the French Fuzz take ur licencse away on the spot, for 2 weeks , if they catch u 25 mph over these days and similar in Belgium Social life evolves down there , very friendly , all very casual ;last night dinner is not a must but depends what else occurs !

I'll give 'em bell see what the deal is yer never know they may have a cancellation, too bad if not, i'll drop yer's an Email if it happens just to get a bit more info if not have a goodun and don't do to much of the ol' sauce 'n' Schnitzels or whatever it is they do over there

They re real friendly guys .............Eurostar , a doddle, Hotels aplenty , famous last words! Email me if u need some places , though i think Autotrack keep a list of local Hotels with contact numbers ........let us know how u get on , THINk some of the guys doing the Gold Track outing shortly, the guy who bought the Viagara car u saw is booked on it ..........plenty Porkas Gold Track good people ..................
