mis-mached brake pads
Discussion
no need for flaming - you've answered your own question. Two reasons to upgrade front/rears as a set 1) The 911 has more rear brake bias than the majority of cars (for obvious reasons) so the rears actually play a big part in stopping you and 2) by manually altering the bias (ie having more 'biting' pads on the front only for example) you will upset the balance of the car under braking and yes, as a consequence you are liable to see the rear end in front of you...(if you think about it, just braking the front will lighten up the rear end (weight transfer) with obvious results.
