Recently Ive found myself playing with my digital camera more often trying to become more artistic with my photos

I know nothing about photography barring the point and shoot principal

These are recent shots Ive taken in the attempt to get a good effect

What do you guys think??

Photo 1) This is a snap, not a photograph. No thought went into a picture of...nothing.

Photo 4) Now you're thinking...the big white triangle top-right needs to go, as does the key fob. I think a tighter crop and a crisper image would improve it no-end.

Photo 3) Almost there...just the background downgrading what could be a good shot.

Photo 2) Works for me...I like that a lot. It's says you thought about the angle, the background and the depth of field.

The one thing that lets down most photos is the background...if you are thinking about that as much as the subject you're half way there. HTH.

Martin.

Photo 1) I agree this is a mere snap, but lovely all the same!

Photo 2) Im glad you liked that one

Photo 3) Im not used to working on the background so I'll take that advice for next time!

Photo 4) This was me assing about while waiting for my pop in the van, thought it turned out pretty good

Once again, thanks guys...Im not using anything professional equipment wise so Im happy with the way they turned out

Any advice on improving would be awesome
