Ice detector (again)

Still haven't managed to locate the ice detector on my Chimaera. It's not in the same place as shown on the Griff in the Bible (can't see it there, anyway) The wiring diagram in the Bible doesn't seem to show it either.
There's a number of wires & connectors on the n/s front wing - does anyone know what they do?
Any more ideas as the red light on the dash is getting on my nerves?

Have you thought about taking the dash top off and removing the bulb?

Might be easier!

Really wanted some other (practical) suggestions!!!!

It is not a bulb... its a multicolour LED.
