I currently have a simple text signature for my email account and I'd thought I'd try and upgrade it to a nice colour JPEG of my company logo.

Try as I might I can't seem to get the sodding thing to work.....is it even possible with express and if so is it easy to do for an IT retard like myself???

Any help gratefully received

You need to do it with HTML and then send all mails as HTML format and then some of the people you mail who have HTML mail turned off wont see it.

The basic syntax is

<img src='http://path/to/image.jpg'>

Don't do it.

It's not considered good form, and won't work in most mail clients anyway.

Nothing says "professional" like a small red 'x' at the bottom of all your correspondence

You need to ensure that you're sending mails in HTML format and not PLAIN TEXT or RICH TEXT, else it will just show up as 'sexy' source code, and not a 'cute' image.

or text which is pushed hard over to one side due to the huge logo that is used to the top right.
