What would you pay for this C2 Cab?

Anyone who has read my thread on the C16 Import possibly devaluing a car might already know about this car but I need advice on whether to persue it.
The car is a Dec 2000 (X)Reg Carerra 2 Cab in Lapis Blue with Full Tan Leather. 33k Miles, Full Porsche Service History (although first one was 6 months late !!!), 1 Previous Owner, Audio Upgrade, 18" Turbo Wheels, PCM Nav + Phone, Major Service done last year including new discs / RMS + Clutch (bill was £2800 for Porsche). Not seen the car in the flesh yet as its 200 miles away but have agreed a price in principal assuming it passes its Porsche Inspection for my warranty and its a clean one.
It was registered in Austria in 2000 and was brought to the UK in 2002 by the owner as a Full C16 Spec Car.
What would you pay for it? What checks can I do to see its history in Austria?
