gt3 rs to gt2...
Discussion
no, not yet. in a moment of weakness due to money burning a hole in my pocket,i did put a deposit on for a 997 c4s and was speccing it up, but cancelled the order because it just wasn't what i wanted (obvious really, but i was getting desperate to spend, and was becoming irrational)
so i'm still looking, there seem to be fewer about at the moment, which is obvious given the time of year. i'm getting rid of the caterham at the weekend so will have the garage space too...

JWB
I think he wants to go the other way, unless they made a few black RSs
Its funny, when I'm being outdragged by a GT2 on the straight, I start to consider swapping to one, but then I remember I don't really like turbos. They don't seem to pull as far ahead as I'd expect either, although undoubtedly they do pull harder. GT2 seems much more popular in the US and the guys out there can definitely post faster laps in them than they can a mk2 GT3. 2-3 secs a lap...

DanH, I think JWB's comment (and mine) were aimed at Rob T ? Or is he too looking for an RS ?

Ah fair enough, although unless Rob has changed his mind since we last exchanged emails, he too is looking for an RS which is why I presumed he was saying that he knew exactly what the original poster was referring to.
The title of the thread is a bit ambiguous though - I had to see what car Kleonard had to work out what he meant

Maybe not. Probably on SoR and the owner can't quite reconcile the financial it fell off =/
Was it in 04 they got the carbon wings+better wheels?
Dan H, has the
icon replaced the full stop on your keyboard ??
Everytime i read one of your posts it seems to have at least one "
" at the end.
I am now confused because i thought that this icon was meant to indicate that the interpretation should be taken tongue in cheek, but it appears so many times that i am unsure as to its meaning. Please could someone enlighten me ??
