Heard on the lunchtime news today that families of the victims of the Washington sniper last year are to start proceedings against the manufacturer of the weapon involved....
They're also planning to sue the shop where the nutter involved bought the gun.
On the first point, what on earth are the grounds on which they can do this? I understand and feel for their loss etc, but are the manufactuers of the rifle to blame??
