... banning cars and bikes when the real culprits for churning up the countryside are the farmers. The bikes etc obviously upset the Yuppies whilst they went for a nice walk in the country, from their country getaway!

Not only aware of it but surprised you aren't!!! I suggest you head on over to LARA's web site where an effective resistence is being mounted. Trials Clubs had to threaten a legal challenge to DEFRA last year to maintain access to land. You are a bit late but welcome.

DEFRA according to a farmer friend stands for Department for the Eradication of Farming & Rural Activities! Not taking the 'iss, fully sympathise, a lot of farmers use quads, they're in a bit of a potentially awkward position themselves.

No, I was aware of the TRO and comply with it, the bit that annoys me is the reclassification of RUPPs
