Caught a lying b@stard traffic warden writing me a ticket 5-10 mins before my pay and display ended. He stormed off in a huff (before finishing ticket) when i challenged him and was joined by some customers of hr owen (we were left speechless). Fuc4er wasnt even english and could hardly string a sentence together. Kept telling me i had to wait while he wrote ticket and that i was late. He refused to tell me the time, funnily enough, because his watch clearly showed 5 minutes left by this time. I wanted to lay him out I was so angry, fortunately restrained myself. So who do i report Mr K1141 to?

Arghhhhhh fuc4ing scum.

excuse my language. a little irritated.

cheers

Pay and Display?

Private land like a Hospital type car park or LA Off Street parking?

You need to know who is operating the scheme (A) and then approach them for the name of the Company that they have contracted out enforcement to.

Once estbalished then write to them and also drop a letter to (A) as well.

Somehow I do not feel they will quake in their boots like a complaint against BiB.

Seems operating a scam to also include words with local Plod.

Thx for the replys chaps.

It was in the street on Old Brompton Road, London right outside HR Owen Ferrari. Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea parking meter. Excellent witness who saw and heard everything would be easy-ish to trace, as his mate just test drove a 575m (nice!) and he was as disgusted as me.

A pile of letters going out next week. (Unfortunately I dont hold up much hope with my MP - Galloway LOL)

I was so angry. I wonder if 1141 knows how close he came to tasting his parking meter?

I phoned Sussex Police once about the traffic wardens in Crawley as rather than give the estate agents tickets they went in to their office to ask them to move. WHilst I appreciate that most times if they tried giving the estate agents a ticket (overstaying in short stay) the Estate Agents would just move the car thats beside the point as from my desk I couldn't see my car and I bet the Traffic Wardens wouldn't tell me to move it.

Anyway within about 30 minutes the Police had arrived at the front door to ask if I was accussing the Traffic Warden of accepting bribes! I said no but it didn;t look good! So there ended Traffic Warden going into estate agents!

I know that area well.

Write to the RBKC MP instead - Malcolm Rifkind. I'm sure he's got nothing better to do.

They are over-eager in RBKC, but quite good at rolling over on appeal -- and their attendants are told not to do anythingor engage in conversation if challenged -- so English is not really necessary; just enough to read a parking suspended sign.

If it makes you feel better, I think one may have been a little splashed from my balcony yesterday -- I couldn't see if it was 1141

Understandable.

Fluids from any source of natural or artificial origin are notoriously difficult to constrain and control.

Next time, park down the other end of Roland Way, in Evelyn gardens. Parking is free after 1pm on Sat, and all day Sun (unless they've changed it).

They are parking nazis there. The number of times I've seen a warden standing by a car and watching their watch.

For some reason the first turning on the left after blakes hotel in Evelyn Gardens is the best place to hide your car.

I had one today too. Hateful creatures all of them

Pulled up outside a pub to do a job. Dropped tools / steps etc off then moved the van to the Pay & Display 100m away. Company refunds tickets so it's no big deal.

I finished the job and brought the van back up to re-load, was parked on a single yellow for less than a minute when Adolfette springs from nowhere...

Parking bint... "excuse me"

Moi "why, are you lost?"

Parking bint "no, how long will you be here?"

Me "5-10 minutes to load up. I've just moved from the P&D where you were ticketing a Merc"

Bint "i didn't see you"

Me "Should have gone to f******g Specsavers then"

Bint "make sure it's only 10 minutes"

Me "will do. 10 mins work for me is about 2 hours on your rate anyway"

And off she went to find another victim.

Shame it wasn't a bloke so i could have really ripped him a new one

So if I understand this correctly, you are pleased that the estate agents now get a ticket rather than asked to move their cars?
