Hi
Just bought a red 1990 S3 and I LOVE IT !!!
Does owning an S series make me a member of the S club, or do I need to join offically ?
Can I come to Ettington Chase in a couple of weeks ?
Do I just book the hotel and turn up or do I need to book somewhere else ?
So many questions !
I'm in the Uxbridge area, so any other S owners fancy a spin give me an email.

(Oh ok Terry then, not so cool sounding is it)

Enthusiasm is the only pre-requisite for membership

Welcome aboard.

Not going myself as I have other commitments that weekend but I would definitely get yourself over to the Ettington Chase.

Just turn up on the day - you'll need to book the hotel or take a tent if you want to stay overnight.

Hi
You can book the hotel direct Terry but you need to see me on the day for the BBQ because I'm going to have to issue some more tickets and chat up the hotel.

Derek

PS.Sorry I didn't get back to you, I'm moving house.

Hi Terry. Welcome to the club. Can only echo petclub's sentiments that you have definitely bought the fastest (and loudest) colour. Get some pictures up so we can all have a look.

Work permiting I'm going to do a bit of research this week into a convoy from the home counties up to S club heaven so keep a lookout on thses pages.

Once again, you can see that Red is the best colour

Nice wheels. I guess the style offsets the struggle to keep them clean?

Edit: Just noticed, have you got the S2 style wing mirrors?

Hi Terry welcome and enjoy the car ! It looks as if you have an S3C with the driving lights under the bumper bar ?

How can you see the Cats..?
And the driving lights..?
S3 I agree - 'cos the door lengths...!
1990 seems a bit early for an S3C..!

It may be just shadow off the road , but I thought I could detect A slight bulge where the driving lights would be, but I can def see the LSD !

Hi Everyone
Thanks for the interest, I feel at home already.
Rower, it is just a shadow from the road, it's not an S3C, couldn't afford the driving lights as well!
Doug, your right about the wheel cleaning - the wifes still out there cleaning them. I don't know the difference between S3 and S2 mirrors so don't know which they are.
Steve, red is definately the loudest - I can't hear the wife nagging when she is in the car!
Have booked room at Ettington Chase, so see you all there.

Hi Terry

Great to see you at the Ace and I certainly enjoyed the convoy there.

An S owner round the corner from me

( ...and a VERY loud exhaust, contender for this years Heaven competition methinks... )
