I deleted Norton Ant-virus a few weeks back and since then things have been running well apart from some glitch's with Outlook, all the rrors posted still contain Symantec!

How do I delete the last Symantec folders from the Hard Disk as it keeps saying access denied in explorer or that the file is in use?

Thanks
Nick

which version of NAV were you using?
The removal process differs slightly for each one

Go to www.symantec.com

put the following into the search box 2005033108162039

This is a link to a document describing how to use their new manual removal tool.

This program does the job, the only thing it may leave is an add-in within outlook, if you still get an error message within outlook after running this tool then go through the add-in manager and remove the hook.

Any further problems post them up
