Is there supposed to be a toolkit with the Sagaris?

the other half has pulled over on the way home from work as one of the bonnet fasteners has come undone...but she cant find the toolkit...Im presuming that there is one somewhere in the Sagaris with the correct tool to do the bonnet back up?
Yup there should be a small black plastic box in the boot (about Dl envelope size) - contents are fairly basic though, just a screwdriver with a load of different head fittings. If you can't find it, it might be worth checking right at the back underneath the luggage cover, there's a small nook/cranny at the far left and right under the cover that smaller items things can tend to collate into
Hmm, never seen that one in mine - made up my own mini kit.
Bonnet used to come loose with monotonous regularity.
Made a mod to the passenger side main bonnet catch - took bonnet off, removed allen bolts from lug, made a "seat" with a rats tail file on the underside of the lug so the t-bar cannot work loose. Has not come off since.

Ditto, althoughI was given 2 torx screwdriver bits on keyrings for the bonnet with my car keys.

Good idea. The factory did something like that to mine but I think they put blobs of weld on the "lug" instead.
No toolkit at all in my Sagaris, just a Torx socket to remove the bonnet stored with the handbook.
The bonnet fasteners don't come undone if the locating plates are tightened up.
Learning from my ex-Tuscan, I carry a Leven jump lead, throttle cable, fuses - and an RAC card.

Chris
