Well, I’ve just taken the plunge into Cerbera ownership and I feel like a kid on Christmas morning…

Sourced & sold to me by James Agger, whom I have to say did a spot on job finding me a car that fitted the bill all round. Coupled with the fact that the car was last serviced by Joospeed certainly helped me into making the decision to take the plunge.

Still very apprehensive about driving it & have yet to go over 2500 revs (except when I miss 3rd gear).

Anyway, get ready a barrage questions as I get to grips with this wheeled atom bomb (as Mr Clarkson would say).

Cheers,

Nick.

Remember the warm up stuff etc and what the hell you still havn't been over 2500 revs. I smell a bit of a fib there

When I first got mine I thought it was fast, then realised I'd only been pressing the loud peddle down half way

Nick

Just wait for the first time you hit the overrun and the exhaust goes off like a set of machine guns, hopefully you might set off some car alarms!!

Cheers all.

It pops & bangs on overrun alright. The cats are in a box in my garage...

For legal reasons, I reckon I'm going to put them back on. Looks straight forward enough job. Anyone got any recommendations?

Need to soften the AVO dampers a bit too. Just to keep the better half happy.

Just done it too ... but will have to wait until Saturday for my Christmas day when I pick it up.

Only a few more days to go before I can wake the neighbours then.

Not too sure about the springs, but I know that Joolz has backed off the rear dampers and the definitely feel ‘softer’ than the front. Especially when I go over speed humps.

I’ll drive it for a bit to get used to it before I start tweaking…

PS Well done Pottman!

Cheers for the mention Nick, I am sure there is a cheaper way to get back at the Adams family next door!

I have the nitros kit you ordered in stock now...

Another car sold via pistonheads as they say

Since I've had the Cerb, my neighbours rev their car up in the morning like they are on the starting grid of an F1 race & the house opposite has just gone up For Sale (honest)!!

And I.ve got a 6.00am start on Sunday...

Must be a 'VIZ top tip' for saving money on christmas cards!

VROOOOOOOOOM!
