Distributor help please

Took the car into the garage to have the final tune before launching it back out on the road for the summer only to find that the distributor is knackered.

Apparantly, its very worn and all the advance and retard has been stripped out with the bob weights. It seems to be impossible to get the ' setting right, set it to 11' before and it runs smooth as silk, but no power, advance it 20'! past and its got loads of power, but runs like a sack of spanners and stalls all the time - I need to replace it with the Range Rover part so I'm told.

Can anyone let me know where you can get one? It's to fit a 1990 400SE.

I need a new dizzy too for exactly the same reason.
Tried Lucas last week as its a lucas one on mine. They do recon them for about £100 but they offered me one new for £160 +vat. I see that as bargain.

I picked up one from a RR on ebay for £60.00, then another two as a couple of mates wanted one.
The offer of £100 refurbished is a good one, but £188 inc VAT is getting a tad rich....
