The targa gets delivered on Saturday, and the girlfriend wants to take it on a blast down to brighton..

Anyone get anyother better suggestions?!

Get yourself down to Rye, East Sussex. Much quieter and nice roads. And you can have an (upto 70mph) blast on the M20.

Oh, also not too keen on going 'cruising' in the Targa. In Brighton. On my own.

Take her down to Goodwood. Nice driving roads on the way down. There may also be something going on at the Circuit, there usually is. If not the cafe might be open and that's quite a nice place to have a cuppa and just soak up the sun.

Perhaps if you do call her she offers a blast down the aforementioned highway.

walks briskly away whistling and putting hands in pockets

What they said, and then a little trundle down to the beach at West Wittering and dinner in one of the many restaurants in the local area.

And get her top off (the targa that is....)

As a resdent of Brighton I will obviously be biased but a blast down the high way followed by some star fish catching on the beach is a magnificent way to spend a week end. AIMHO naturally.
