Race car insurance

I have been searching the forums but cant quite find anything. Who do people go to for insurance? I am thinking about letting some people use my car 968cs but race car. I want to insurance it for trackdays, not for actual racing. The car technically is a race car, it was road registered, but its declared off the road at the moment. Maybe could just get track cover?? Or does it require the same race car insuance companies?
