in need of ur help once again

Hi guys, I've got a charity event for sicks kids in collaboration with the porsche club this sunday. about 100 cars in, problem is,after i changed my wheels from 17" to 18" last week with new tyres, there seems to be a front knocking noise from the left wheel. I've read the posts in here and boxa.net but haven't found much help. it happens when i'm applying steering and tonight realised it's actually the spring that's causing the creaks. would you have it checked immediately ,coz i don't want to disappoint the kids on sunday and not turning up! thanks
