Chassis closing plate

Hi, just had my linked de-cats refitted after my mot, was unable to use my usual garage as am working away, anyway noticed a new vibration from under the car after they were fitted, had peek under the car this morning and the monkeys havnt re-fitted two of the bolt for the closing plate, two either side in the middle. The plate looks to be hanging down about half an inch from the chassi at that point and wont push up to touch the chassis so im wondering if it is upside down/back to front ect. Does anyone hav a pic of it on a car or can expline which way round it goes, also how the spacer should be arranged, obviously I am going to have to take it back but I could do with knowing how it should be before I do, lets just hope the idiots have got missing bolts still!

Anyone? A under car photo would give me an idea, really need to get this sorted

Don't have a pic, however the bolts with washer(17mm head size, can't remember the thread size).

The spacer goes between the plate and the chassis, and from memory, it's about 10mm thick.

The plate will only go on one way, it's a lot wider at the front.

Cool, so its bolt/washer/plate/spacer in that order? I think what they have done (hard to see as the car is very low) is put two spacers on the last two fixings towards the rear of the car and left the middle two out as they would have been short of spacers, is it normal for the back edge of the chassi plate to touch the center pipes? (where the two pipes are together, just after the Cats)
