I went to Le Mans on Speedferries last year. The car just made it on and off very slowly, but did ground a little once. The ferry operatives were quite helpful and as it was Le Mans week had loads of other low cars to deal with. They were prepared with a few planks and bits of wood to help you across the difficult bits.
In general I’d say that ferries are not the most Sagaris-friendly places.

Depends which ferry.
If it's going to Ireland...Jeez...I wouldn't even attempt it.
We had enough trouble with the Cerb when the 'jobsworth' made two of us go 'up top'!
We tried to explain what would happen and that we needed to go on the lower deck...., but no...it was a case of 'up' or 'off'!
So up we went....Ray got over with just a scrape....the other Cerb wasn't quite as lucky... £800 worth of damage and a near punch up involving both Cerb drivers and ferry crew!!
Luckily the ferry company paid the bill, so all okay, but stressful at the time.
On the way home, the ferry crews remembered us (surprise, surprise) and were ready to assist, actually lifting the Cerbs over any humps on deck....
Where are you going, cos I wouldn't take a Sagaris to Southern Ireland.

I know the Sagaris is a bit lower on the road but I think you'd be OK on and off the Ferries to Ireland - crews are generally OK any time I have to go back and forth to get my T350 serviced (I live in Dublin) and Ok to get on and off once the boat is pretty big. The worst that has happened to me is grounding the rear valance on a speed bump coming off a Seacat but that was because I took it too quick. Certainly love to see a Sagaris in Dublin so don't let YP put you off !
John must have been OK, saw him at the Nurburgring on Saturday and Sunday. We went over on the Rosyth / Zeebrugge, no problems.
YP, the Stranraer crossing for Southern Ireland for the Celtic Gathering this year was OK, HSS on the way over, and steam ferry on the way back.
The Zeebrugge crew put all 9 cars on the top deck - we slid my 'Gris in the front of the line, but they were OK with all - good bunch of people!!
