OK I take it all back. When I saw the Cayman S demo car in the glossy's I didn't think much of it and thought the grey/silver/black would suit the car better. But having now had the opportunity to see one up close and personal at OPC Wilmslow I have to say that picking Guards Red and thereby saving the money on a metallic paint makes sense to me.

They also look great in Cobalt blue metallic as well.

someone said on an earlier thread that white is the new silver but I think guards red is definitely making a big comback and looks great on any porker. Looked good in the 80's and is making a welcome return!

Glad to see I was a trailblazer then. My Guard's Red car is three and half years old...

A guy who lives near me has a red Cayman - it looks great. I had two guards red Boxsters and I loved the colour. I was a bit more conservative with the C2S which is midnight blue, but this was due to concerns over residuals. That said, midnight blue looks pretty stunning too.

As good as the Cayman S is it'll be a 911 for me I think Rob (2 kids).

I did check out your pics thanks. Pity the weather was a bit off for you all.
