Want some advice from those who have used both, I've found Eagle F1 GSD3s for £95 fitted and SP9000s for similar.
But which are the better?
I know the F1s have a fantastic reputation but no little of the Dunlops.

BTW - I'll be fitting Eagle F1 GSD2s on the front if that makes any difference.

I know its not the same car Zippee, but I've had both, on 2 different Mercs.

The SL is currently shod with GSD3s, and they're bloody brilliant tyres. The only unknown at the moment is what they are going to wear like, rumour has it they're a bit soft, so you may be trading grip for wear.

I had a set of 9000s on my E240, and really rated them. They were very good in both wet and dry weather and wore very well too - I got around 20K out of them.

Don't think theres much in it, but if your Chimaera is a weekend car I'd go for the F1s.

HTH,
Greg

Cheers Greg,
TBH I do about 10k a year so as long as they last that then wear won't be a problem. I just don't want to end up changing them more than once within that mileage.
