Right well i have been running Norton Antivirus 2002 since i got the computer and each year i pay my £25 or whatever it is online and then i get the downloads for the next year. NOT THIS TIME!!!
I had to buy Norton Antivirus 2006 from PC World but i could get the upgrade pack. Fine i get it home and it took ages to install. There are now several problems; the internet worm protection does not work, i have tried to go through the website and use the repair tool and nothing can fix it. Then there is also the side the computer is slower than it has ever been and Internet Explorer will crash at least once every time i use it. Needless to say i am getting a little p!ssed off with it.
Anybody else had these problem and is there a solutions or should i take the crap back to PC world and get MCafee.
