Mine did that!

Ziptied the pipe back on and it has been fine since.

First I've heard of this. I'm gonna check mine tomorrow 'just in case'.

Worth putting a ziptie on 'just in case'.

When mine came off it dumped all the screenwash on the road. This was back in the winter when there was salt and spray all over the screen. Not ideal, but simple to fix.

On mine you can get to the tube where it is attached to the bottle and also where it is joined to the pipe in the wiper.

Seems to do the trick.

Sounds like the tube has come off at the bottle. The outlet is at the bottom of the bottle so if the tube comes off the washer fluid will drain out.

You should be able to see the spigot on the bottom of the bottle. Push the tube back on and secure this with the ziptie.
