bikers respect
Discussion
Well have to say have a new respect for bikers, i always new they were a fun bunch but was out for a tootle tonight (well the sun was shining hehehe),had a run around to warm her up finally got her warmed up as i came onto my local bypass with 2 bikes and an evo vii behind me, now im fairly new to the tiv and still dont know her limits so i dont really push her but at first set of lights mr evo ( complete with peaked cap and 1 million watt amp pulls up alongside and the bikers pulled up behind me). normally i would have let him zoom off and just smile to myself but i could see both bikers give me the thumbs up in my mirror so when the lights turned i thought sod it eased off in first (last time i tried pulling off from lights quick i just ended up smoking the tyres) the evo got about ten yards in front when i put on the gas, dam i swear the back end dropped a foot and she just leapt forward suffice to say mr evo ended up going backwards very rapidly and to make matters worse for him the bikers both overtook him doing wheelies then gave me a big thumbs up as they went past me.
and i thought i was going quick

Why thank you GOM, currently debating whether to go for a respray in shocking pink or magenta - might as well go the full hog
That aside your T350T colour could be an option. I'm sure I can see a dash of pink in there
. Is it Reflex Green? One of the best tvr colours IMO >> Edited by PinkPanther on Friday 12th May 23:21

Hehe... I've often had thumbs up and praise from bikers, and a few friendly head to heads. Only a couple of days ago, a biker saw me behind him and thought he'd give it a bit of juice. I was pleasantly surprised that the Tuscan convertible (roof down) didn't get left for dead and stuck to him like glue, even matching his overtaking, and we were going at quite a lick down country lanes with some nice straights. Had to keep Tuscan quite highly revved, though. Anyway, when he turned off, he looked back and gave the thumbs up. Great fun (done safely, I'd add)!

A few of the local Tivvers regularly meet up for a fat breakfast at The Oakdene Cafe near Brands Hatch - its a well known bikers cafe & is usually packed with leather clad monsters - but to a man (& woman)they have always been great company & really keen to chat about our cars.
Respect is due
