Who are you and can we trust you?
Is there some sort of support team going on the rally in case of breakdowns or accidents?
How many going on the rally?
What type of cars/people?
When is the balance due?
Are secure car parking spaces reserved and will there be car parking costs at the hotels?
What if you cancel the trip or we can't make it after booking?
Do you have full booking terms and conditions which I can see?

From the tone of your email I think that it will be too high of a risk for Rally Trek Limited if you were to attend.

Looks like they've pulled the plug on this years event
"We regret to inform you that due to circumstances out with our control we are going to have to postpone the 2006 inaugural rally until next year.
The initial concept behind the inaugural rally was to offer it to friends in order to refine the route and logistics before going public. Lack of numbers due to date clashes meant that we decided to go public earlier than originally intended in order to make the rally viable.
However, we have experienced unexpected delays in the legal, insurance and liability issues involved in offering a rally to the public. With time not on our side we have had to reluctantly postpone the rally in order to get all the relevant security and procedures in place.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you and we hope that we can count on you continued support for the re-scheduled inaugural rally next year."
