Very random question - sorry

I took my dad to PistonFest for his birthday present.
Whilst we were there we saw a couple of guys building some cars. They had two pretty much complete and a GRP body in the unit.
At first I thought they were Dare DZs,but a closer inspection showed I was wrong: They had a little name badge, but I can't remember what it said now (and we both forgot our cameras so no pics to look at to check - D'Oh!).
I've googled for them, but looking for any link between a specific car you don't know the name of and Snetterton is pretty hard.
I assume they were a kit car manufacturer, or helped out another maker.
Can anybody shed any light on it? Cheers!
