Lambo Supercar meeting
Discussion
Is any one going along to the big lambo rally to Brighton on next Saturday (2oth May)?
They say they have over 120 lambo's running plus other cars. They say they have a reserved display area with the lambo's for £30 for the day for charity. Nate james is supposed to be playing with other bands on the show they have set up on Madeira Drive.

Spotted on the A23 this afternoon at about 5pm, a convoy of approx 8 overseas registered Lambos heading north. Guess they're staying overnight somewhere ready for the run tomorrow. Should be a good turn-out, shame about the weather.
Al.
That would probably be the Italians. Most of them are actually staying in Brighton.

Heard from a TVR driver of a Lambo looking car off road in the bushes - just off the A3 coming from Brooklands.
Well it was bloody chucking it down on the way back from Brooklands. The event was OK, just a shame not enough interesting metal there, once you've seen one Gallardo or Murci you've seen 100s. A 350 and 400GT there that looked gorgeous, an F40 and a Zonda in ugly orange which only served to highlight was a c0ck awful looking car it really is.
2 Gallardo drop tops looked pretty kewl though, a damn sight more interesting than the coupe anyway.
As an aside, today was the first time Id seen the Brooklands banking and had a quick scramble upto the top...bloody steep up there! Im thinking you had to have proper sized balls to blitz Brooklands back in the day!
It looked like an F40 in the bushes. Byfleet Road between the A3 and Seven Hills Road was closed for around three hours east-bound, whilst they lifted it out of the bushes. There was a silver Diablo parked in the layby, and if I had to guess, I'd say the F40 lost it racing the Diablo from the lights...
Seems it was a Venturi, not an F40:

I saw it at around 11am, and again at around 1.30pm, when they were still lifting it out of the verge.
