Never quite as simple - I always forget.

You have to install it using the command line to include the SA password.

Catches me out every time...

I actually deleted my original post so you've all been reply to a pee-taking post from sleep-envy! (thanks Ric!)

Anyways - I did get it working in the end, it was the SA password switch.
