Which wheel nuts?

Yep me again with another basic question sorry!

Have tried a search but no info found...........

I want to replace my wheel nuts for some shiney ones but want to keep the costs down(so not going down the shiney nuts co route)!

Plenty on Fleebay but unsure what I need?

No doubt one of you will know!

Me first to reply again! I'm not busy at work obviously! I would pay the extra and get the shiny nuts ones. A friend bought some off ebay and they were rubbish grade stainless and rusted in about a month or two. They also seemed very soft and marked easily with the wheel brace.
You pay your money and take your chance I think!

Thanks again Ads, know what you mean mate but having just spent an absolute small fortune on the car,various incl full respray funds are a little tight.... And whilst I don't doubt the quality of the genuine shiney nuts products I do find it hard to justify what they are asking for a set!

Yeah they are a bit pricy. I personally have not bothered because I have the estoril 7 spoke wheels on mine so the wheel nuts cannot be seen anyway.
Maybe something to put on your Birthday / Christmas list, which I`m sure contains lots of other goodies already!

Why not have the originals properly chrome plated? I fitted some lockable ones from Halfords which were far a superior finish, then had the remaining three on each wheel replated by London Chroming to match. Super job done, cost me about £35 I seem to remember.
