CDR23 CDR22

Does anyone know if analogue outputs can be obtained from CDR23's. Can you amplify what's coming out of the pre outs. Ive seen a few on e bay,but from what I can see, only use optical connections.

think they are all fibre optic outputs on those no low output RCA connections.

Don't go near rhe CDR23 if you have a pre-facelift 996. I have a 99 GT3 MK1 and the fibre optics of the CDR23 mean that it will not play in my car. I had to resell my unit on EBay for precisely this reason. Also I understand that there is an issue with the ECU and immobiliser recognising the CDR23 I couldn't even get the thing to fire up, let alone play a CD.
