Hi All

My boyfriend would like to put his camcorder in his car this season but the only camcorder mount I can find is the one in demon tweeks for £100.00. Anyone know a) if you could make your own and would the scruts pass it at the circuit b) where else sells them?

Any help appreicated

I recommend a bullet cam and remote soft mounted camera. Get a LANC remote control while you're at it, if you don't already have one. You have to mount the camera fairly firmly to get a good picture, and a normal domestic camera doesn't take kindly to the vibration this will put into it. With a bullet cam you will get a better picture and won't knacker the camera. Also less likely to give offence to any safety scrutineers who look at it.

Spend a little more and get a bullet cam. Not only will it save your camera, but you will also get better footage thanks to the different lens options.

Try these sites for bullet cams and mounts.
