UFO2 TVR - Anyone here owned it?

Hi folks,

Seen a Tuscan S with this plate....wondered if any of you guys owned it at some point and if you had anything you could tell me about it........looks like a lovely car on the WWW but I need to go see it and before I drive the 150 miles I thought I should ask this simple questions first!

I rang the garage previously about it and they knew nothing about the car, couldn't tell me when or where it was previoulsy serviced ..... they promised to ring me back but never did. I emeiled them with a list of questions but never answered.
They still think it has ABS by the way.

Bit worrying that they could not give you any details about the history....perhaps I'll call them....but ultimately....no history, no purchase......

Are you looking for GTO 2 UFO perhaps ?
Tuscan 3.6 Mk1 belonging to Filmgirl, aka Dee Knight.
Currently, on page 2 of the Tuscan Classifieds - about No 5 down the list.

Apologies if you were really looking for TVR 2 UFO !

Yes it was and I believe it was a mule to test Racelogic traction control

It should also sport oval exhausts and a custom boot release.

Just for info, GTO 2 UFO wasn't a Racing Green "mule" to test Racelogic Traction Control.
The system was developed specifically for the car by the Jaguar Performance Division of Racing Green Cars. It actually works very nicely and it is still on the car.

Its also true that GTO 2 UFO has a special exhaust system and that the car also has a "trick" boot release "assister". The latter makes the bootlid pop up so you don't have to bust fingernails to lift the lid !
It is owned by a lady, after all !

Check the side repeater lamps as well ; they aren't standard either.

Sorry if this all getting a bit "Trainspotting" ! Used the link and had a look at UFO 2 TVR as well. That looks like another nice Tuscan.
