BOSE Stereo makes my head vibrate

What did they do to the stereo over the standard set up?

I've only really started having music on, and have to have the bass right at zero with loudness on to stop me sounding like a burberry wearing chav. Does anyone know what they added in the BOSE option? Do i have some large dinner plate sized speakers somewhere?

I never use the loudness setting. I keep it on 1 or possibly 2 higher for base and treble and that's it. Fader is set 3 increments to the rear. Only way to drown out the deafening road noise.
