OK, AA card, Bible, spare 100amp fuse, spare relays, bulbs/fuses etc, what else is essential equipment for the trip down, i'm determined not to come back on a low loader this year :grr:

On top of what you listed I have always carried a fan belt, thermostat, tyreweld and spark plug adapter. I think if you carry these things they won't go wrong - not that I'm superstitious. I've taken mine to Le Mans, South of France, North and middle of Italy and not had to use any of those spares (although I have used them at home!). The first time I went I asked my dealer for a list of things that failed most often. Might be worth getting an update. Have a good trip.
