Cerbera Speedo=very slow

Hi guys, for some time now the speedo of my Cerby S6 is not doing anything the first 10 or 20 miles or so. Then it starts working properly -until the next time. Any suggestion?

Could try giving the sensor on the right hand side of the diff a clean.

Not sure if it'll work but worth a try for a quick fix!

even replaced the sensor, so now thinking about the speedo itself..

It seems that the sensor/diff arrangement is very sensitive.

I had a working speedo (well, from 10mph upwards) which then had the sender die.
Had the sender replaced and afterwards it registered practically nothing until about 30mph, but otherwise worked ok after that. Then that sender died.

Just had the next sender fitted along with a slight shift of the bracket to move the sender tip to a slightly different part of the cog wheel - and now it reads from 10mph again. Looking at the wheel there's a goove where one of the previous senders had scored away the metal a bit.
