I just love motorways at night... nice and empty. Also the crossing is dirt cheap, £38 return...

Fair point. Won't have much to do till 7pm thursday when we are going to the tertre rouge bar. gives us a chance to discover the village at our pace... On the other hand, I am in work wednesday, it is a case of the earlier I am there the better

The Fruitcake, Combover, NickJ, TripleM 2-car convoy will be heading down from Cronton (J7 M62) at stupid o'clock in the morning to get the 8.40am ferry to Calais from Dover.

I don't know about convoys but that's when we're going. Maybe see some of you on the way?

I'm getting excited now

I'm travelling with a friend on the Wednesday morning to get the Speed Ferries crossing from Dover- Boul at 14.45pm on the 14th. We are going from Preston and have a spare Ferry place if u are interested let me know.

Ive got little convoy with 2 x Chims, A scooby Legacy and a Saab Aero going down from Cheshire at Oh-My-God o' clock on Thursday morning for the 9:55 Eurotunnel.

15 mpg vs 35 mpg does actually influence it a little but yes prob take Esprit

red griff leaving stirling in scotland on wednesday aboot ten am so should be passing by 10.30 at the latest LMAO or maybe 2pm !!!

we are staying in london village on weds night as have a YAWN 5.30 eurotunnel crossing on the thursday
