Another convert to Tiptronic

My friend has a manual boxster & is thinking of a 911. He really likes mine but its a 996 C2 Tip. & he wants a manual. Even though he has never driven a Tip.

I let him drive it today just to show him the diffrence between 2.5 boxster & 911, he was amazed & not only at the performance, he is now seriously thinking about a Tip as well.

So to all those people that rule out a Tiptronic without even trying one, try one.

If you still prefer the manual then fair enough, but do not rule it out with out trying it.
