Playing an old Minidisc in the car on the way to work this morning a top tune came blairing into my car.....
Police Officer by Smiley Culture
Now I remember looking around the music stores when I 1st downloaded this track and just got blank looks from the staff of all the big names and a 'thats probably out of production' by the independants
So does anyone know a good source online, or off for out of production rare tunes,
The album is called Tongue in Cheek

Cheers, but looking at that site, I'm guessing it's a download MP3 styleee arangement, idealy I'm after an original copy hopefully on CD but vinyl would be ok
I've not got a soundcard in the works pc and have managed to avoid having a pc at home

Ahh I see sorry.

What sort of genre is it?

Hard To Find Records in Birmingham might be worth a shot, but they generally speaking specialise in dance music and remixes. Massive stock though and their staff are fantastic.

Technically I s'pose you'd call it reggae/dancehall
Released mid 80's and very funny

Try Hard To Find in that case. I think the web address is www.htfr.co.uk
