I may be wrong but when the rollbar was put into the car, part of where it fixed to the chassis was used to mount ribs below the fibreglass of the bodywork to which the seats are bolted. This is much stronger than the standard seat fixings directly to the fibreglass.
Just a thought but if you get a rollbar you might want to go the same route...
I haven't see seats fall out in day-to-day use, but I have seen some fairly alarming stress cracks. And I have seen seats ripped loose following a collision. If you have a seat that offers any lateral support (i.e. not the standard seats) the seat brace bars also stop the seat wobbling about so much and locate the driver better.
