Fuses and relay

After messing about with my ECU earlier (trying to tiewrap the connector on ) - it now idles on 8 cylinders

Is there a definitive guide to what fuse does what and what relay is for what ? I know on my 350 the fuses were in the glove box and had a guide that went with them

So do the SE's have the same or does it depend on what day they were made

Haven't opened me glovebox yet.

I've opened my glovebox on the 400SX but no sign of fuses, just an old Tatu minidisc.

Where are they then?

Ah Ah when your ecu falls down on your passengers legs, look up (not the passenger) to where the ecu was and there above you - below the glove box held in by rubber bands are the fuses and relays. If you take them all out, just rememember where the red relay went As ifd you don't put that back in the correct place you will never start again

My first job was to put a stonking big self tapper into that flap to stop it flopping down!

Is that the passenger or the fusebox we are talking about ?

Paul, I don't think anything's definitive where Wedges are concerned. The handbook for my '89 400 has a relay and fuse board layout specific to 400 / 450 models which IIRC is fairly accurate. Can scan it if any help?

Scanning would be good and then I can see if it's the same.
