Passenger side window winder motor has packed up, anybody know where I can get a replacement from without paying TVR extortion prices (ie, are they out of another vehicle?). My cars a 94L if it makes a difference... cheers

Window has stopped moving, previously solved by reseating the connector in the door. I had this checked out last time it was serviced and they told me the motor was dead - there is always the chance that they want the work (£££!) but they seem pretty trustworthy. I haven't got any voltage checking kit to see if there is current in the circuit - I'd like o do that before shelling out for a motor I may not need.
If not, I need source a motor from somewhere....

cheers,
Steve

You'll find that the TVR Griffith is the donor car. Chcek the obvious like connectors before assuming the worst. You might be surprised.

Mine packed up a while back, it turned out it was a bad connection on the switch loom - just a thought.
