Actually it's not wheels but translates word by word into "Cup cross conduit" - that's obviously not the engineering term though.

Motorverdichtung angepasst = compression ration adjusted (upwards I take ?)
Grosere Drosselklappe = larger butterfly (?)

If looking for individual words, also consider http://dict.leo.org - while limited to German and not capable of full sentences it is relatively complete as far as dictionaries go.

BTW geaendertes Steuergeraet = modified Motronic or ECU (steering doesn't refer to steering wheel but to the steering of the electronics of the engine)

Isn't that top of the strut just the Dom and the Domstrebe the connecting bar to increase rigidity? (Just like dome...)

Sorry, AxelS is right, I was confusing Domlager with Domstrebe. It is the bar connecting the 2 top ends of the struts to increase rigidity

Domstrebe...I translate as ...Cathedral Prop ?? but on reflection could this mean Strut Brace across top of suspension turrets ? Cup Querrohr...I got as cup traverse pipe (cup Bypass)
does anyone know what interior engine sealing is ??

Literally i would imagine interior engine sealing would relate to re-gasketing to ensure the engine was free from oil leaks etc...

Motorverdichtung is compression ration so probably means higher compressio ratio
Verstarkte Federteller are stronger valve springs

I think you're right on the compression ratio bit but I think Verstarkte Federteller are probably heavy duty strut bearings, perhaps ones without rubber (monoballs). Recommended by dentists everywhere!
