hi every one can some one help me i got a problem with my reversing light i have been told a few times when driving that they keep coming on and off i think it is the connection on gear box guessing , doe,s anyone kow the location of it many thanks paul

On a 93 I assume you've got the Rover box (reverse top left). Reverse light switch is on the RH side under the gear lever linkage. It's pretty awkward to get at and get out, but it can be done with patience. Probably wants adjusting - by screwing in or out. I expect at the moment it's screwed in too far and is getting depressed when you select 1st or 2nd.
