What are everyones favourite car websites apart from this one of course!? (:thumbsup: to Ted)

Where do you get all your car pictures? Assuming I'm not alone in having a folder dedicated to car pictures!)

And what do you have as your desktop background?

Piccys tend to be from google searches to be honest.

And the background is a mottled green metal texture. Which I rather like..

Actually, Pistonheads is the only marque non-specific (albeit predominately TVR) site I look at regularly (Way to go Ted!). I also check out the Lotus Esprit and Europa Yahoo groups list.

My background is a collage of car pics, consisting of:
Tuscan, Cerbera Speed 12, Esprit, new GT-40, old GT-40, cobra, 340R, Miura, and a Ducati 996. I add/swap cars in it when I have a slow day.

Anyone who sees it always asks 'Wow, what's that?... and that?... and that?'

I used to spend all my time on British cars bbs
the lotus elise forums

it becomes a bit cyclical though same questions same problems etc - still has some genuinely funny people on it and a good community for organising runs etc

This is the only car owner/discussion website that I have ever visited (actually its the only non work forum as well), regularly visit and probably ever will visit.

Only have pics of the AMV8 both here and at home, have the firm logo as backdrop at work (bloody windows policies) and have a ray traced sea anenome from digitalblasphemy.com as my backdrop at home.

For general motorsport info I regularly check out www.rally-live.com its also got F1, Rally-Raid, Bikes, Karts and stuff. Some excellent photo sections as well.
