Xbox 360 prices

Hi all

I'm giving some consideration to trading in or simply getting an Xbox 360. Some quick research on the web reveals that the price is firmly set at £279.99 for the full on pack and £209.99 for the core console.

I'm guessing that the full on pack is the only way to go, but my question is, does anyone know of any retailers (online or High St) that are offering them for less than £279.99?

Have you tried eBay? Some great deals if you don't mind buying second hand.

Yeah I've had a look, I have to say I'm very wary of ebay as a tool and would prefer to buy from either a place I feel I can trust (play.com / Amazon etc) or from a retailer on the high Street.

Something tells me I'm not going to be successful in my search!

I had word on Live tonight that the core was supposed to be dropping to £140. Don't know if its true though.
